A heartfelt message from our employees to our clients and nonprofits across the globe for the impact they make around the world.


“Clients first” is the most important core value for Aegis. Every day, the staff at Aegis strives to make sure we are exemplifying this core value. In this holiday season, we wanted to take a moment to say it has been our pleasure to serve and support your organization. We appreciate your trust in us and value our partnership with you.

Our staff cares deeply about you, our clients, and recognizes your impact on our work and our company. So often, the Aegis staff are voices on the telephone or are behind the scenes working tirelessly to deliver what you need to achieve your goals. We wanted to take a moment to give our staff a chance to tell you how much they appreciate you.

I am very grateful for our clients because they inspire us to be better people each day by bringing out the inherent goodness in a person. They demonstrate that solutions to difficult problems do exist. They give society hope by bringing solutions and awareness to problems and issues that, in many instances, would otherwise go unnoticed. Our clients teach us the value and reward of teamwork and strive to make the impossible their mission. Our clients give us a purpose to come to work every day and help them help people in every way possible.

As a friendly reminder, Aegis Premier Technologies will be closed Christmas Eve (Dec 24th), Christmas Day (Dec 25th), New Year's Eve (Dec 31st) and New Year's Day (Jan 1st). If there is an outage or you have a critical issue on Dec 24th or Dec 31st, please email support@aegispremier.com. We will have limited coverage available. 

Aegis Processing Solutions will be closed Christmas Day (Dec 25th) and New Year's Day (Jan 1st).
